The hotel blew me away with its jaw-droppingly beautiful rooms and estate. The coffee machine and Bower & Wilkins speakers were fantastic touches. However, the noise from the surroundings was a downside for our romantic escape.

The location was also beautiful, never feeling crowded, but a bit hot and humid with no fan. Everything was ready a short time after I arrived, and the room was very clean. The service was top-notch; they were so kind and professional, happy to leave the heat on till 10 pm for private romantic dips under the starlight and served us breakfast every morning in our private cabana with a stunning view. The location, on a steep slope of a suburban valley, was perfect with a convenient 10-minute shuttle service to Ubud. The dining experience was amazing, and I looked forward to it every day. The facilities were great too.
